Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The heating system was faulty, and I was left uncomfortably cold, as an engineer could not resolve the problem. To make matters worse, I received an unexpected call from the front desk late at night while trying to sleep, which showed a lack of professionalism in handling the situation.

Just spent 4 nights in a Superior King Room. Great space, clean, and had a fantastic breakfast with some local treats. The staff could be more proactive, though, especially in clearing tables. The gym facilities were a bit lacking, which was a bummer.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room that came with a lovely view and comfortable bedding. The breakfast had a variety of choices, with options catering to different diets, which was a nice surprise. However, the check-in process was a bit slow, and I wish the breakfast area was larger to accommodate all guests more comfortably.

The superior king room was spacious, featuring a well-functioning air conditioning unit and excellent free WiFi. Breakfast showcased a diverse selection, with traditional local cakes being a pleasant highlight. However, the beds were quite firm, not aligning with U.S. standards, and it’s advisable to have your own toiletries, as they weren't fully supplied.

It was just an ideal choice for a holiday in Bishkek with good value for cost. The outdoor lounge where we enjoyed crepes and ice cream was a great spot to relax. Make sure to try the breakfast with local specialties!

Our two-night stay included excellent service from the staff, particularly a helpful waiter who went out of his way to assist us with ordering medicine. The in-house Lebanese restaurant offered a delightful breakfast. For a great view, request an upper floor room overlooking the mountains.
